  1. Design Strategist Intern

    RELI Group Inc. · Baltimore, MD

    While working in the Health IT department I assisted with the development and design of government software. Helped process contracts, assisted with background checks as well as onboarding, pre-onboarding and terminations. Worked with organizations like the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Transportation Security Administration. When my supervisor Bert Chiduza (bert@shumbafloors.com) retired, I was employed directly by the Director of Human Resources and worked closely with the Director of Marketing. During this process I learned about the inner workings of running a successful tech company, real-world marketing, advertisement skills and corporate etiquette.

    Assisted in the development and design of this mental health technology platform including websites, apps and etc.

    Designed the AthleteGum website so athletes can get paid for real work, securely and transparently, with NIL deals that release payment after work is delivered and approved.
